*Absolute Beginner - Learn to Knit Part 1 (The Knit Stitch)

Novice Knitters - This class is just for you. The Absolute Beginner class is a great introduction to knitting where you'll get started with the knit stitch using bulky yarn and make your first scarf. 

In this two-session class you'll learn all the basics you need including cast on, knit stitch, working flat, bind off, weaving in ends, plus our expert tips and guidance. Once you're done, you'll have a scarf!

With the skills you learn in this class you will feel confident joining our Knitting 101 class.

Materials to purchase: 1 skein  Cascade Pacific Bulky yarn, US 15 needles and tapestry needle. Materials must be purchased at Wildfiber Studio.
