Knit Your Way Into the New Year!
Join our New Year’s Eve/Day Mini Scarf KAL
Do you want a quick little project to start the year off? We like the idea of casting on something small (200 yards or less) as we watch the Rose Parade on January 1. How about you? And, since just about everyone we know has already made a Sophie Scarf (knit or crochet versions) we’re ready to try out a different pattern. Here are some that have caught our attention:
Knit - Star Jasmine Mini Scarf, Scarf No. 5, Vienna Scarf, Armor Scarf, Ebba Scarf.
Crochet - Harvest Neck Scarf, Amelia Neck Scarf, and the Cottage Faded Linen Cowl.
All can be made with 200 yards or less and are easy to adjust in size. Combine a fingering weight with mohair or simply pick up a favorite DK and get started! Drop by Dec. 31 if you’d like some help choosing the design and yarn that are just right.
Join us for the Blue Sky Fibers Serenity Wrap KAL
In this KAL, which is ideal for advanced beginner knitters, participants will learn how to read a charted pattern while knitting the beautiful, 30-stitch lace panel. Participants can easily customize the Serenity Wrap by omitting the seam and knitting their piece longer to create a more traditional wrap.
