Receipt required for yarn returns or exchanges. Unused yarn in its original condition may be returned or exchanged within 30-days of purchase for store credit only. All sales are final on sale, marked down, trunk show and special purchase yarns. Returns or exchanges are not accepted on any other items.
ALL OTHER PRODUCTS
Books, patterns, accessories, needles, and other tools may not be returned for credit but will be replaced if damaged in shipment.
Contact us at email@example.com if you have a yarn or damaged product you wish to return or exchange. We will arrange a return authorization with you. When Wildfiber Studio has received and accepted your product, we will send you an email notice of your store credit. (Please note that the customer must pay for all shipping costs associated with exchanging yarn.)
