*Sweater Club #12 July/August 2021

Here is our 2021 Sweater Club #11 with a few selections!

How this works - 1)You choose which of the designs you want to knit:  Dingley Dell or Elemental Raglan 2)Sign-up here or in the shop; 3) purchase your yarn at our shop; 4) join our weekly meetups on Zoom/in-store for the community and knitting help along the way; 5) Yeah! you finish your sweater!

Dingley Dell:   Inspired by cricket sweaters of the 90s, Dingley Dell is worked seamlessly from the top down using the contiguous set-in sleeve method (developed by Susie Myers) to shape the shoulders and sleeve caps. First increases are worked on both RS and WS rows to final shoulder width, then the sleeve caps are worked simultaneously with the V-neck shaping to sleeve separation. The body is then worked top down in rounds to the bottom ribbing. Short sleeves are worked top down in rounds. Neck finishing is worked last.

Elemental Raglan: This beautiful textured raglan pullover (designed by Yumiko Alexander) is worked top down in garter stitch on US9 needles. The body length and sleeve length are easily adjustable.

Enjoy using DanDoh Dk Cotton, this yarns thick thin characteristic makes for a unique fabric.  The Kit contains the Elemental Raglan pattern and 5 skeins of DanDoh Dk Cotton for finished bust size 42"-50". Kits (with pattern) are available HERE or purchase the yarn separate HERE and pattern HERE.
